Lemon Balm is used in combination with other herbs and amino acids has shown its diverse effectiveness at relieving anxiety and nervousness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Green Tea<\/strong> contains <strong>L-Theanine<\/strong> which is an amino acid that helps with relaxation without drowsiness. We used L-Theanine in combination with other amino acids and herbs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Passion Flower<\/strong> is used for its ability to improve relaxation..
